A Spanish jousting suit of armor constructed from polished steel is a full-sized replica suit of 16th-century Spanish armor, reproduced based on the suits used during the time of Charles V and Philip II. Ornamented with a potent cross and three fleurs-de-lis fixed on the chest and characterized by a collection of arms fit for tournaments, including a truncated helmet with brass trim around the eye slits and the ventilation holes and fastened with leather belts to the breastplate, a jousting lance, and a metal shield depicting a rampant lion. The armor also has an arabesqued fabric undergarment. All mounted on a black painted wood platform reinforced with metal corner caps.
